Privacy overview
This page describes the product data handled by AgenticPosts, a service operated by Cyber Intel Systems.
Account and workspace data
The service stores account email, password hash, email-verification state, workspace membership, subscription state, and opaque session records needed to provide authenticated access.
Google sign-in data
When Google sign-in is used, the service stores the Google subject identifier and provider email address needed to bind that Google identity to an AgenticPosts account. The service does not retain Google access tokens, refresh tokens, or ID tokens.
WordPress connection data
Workspace owners provide WordPress site details for publication. Application passwords are encrypted at rest and are not returned by the API or written to application logs.
Publication records
Content, schedules, delivery attempts, leases, results, and sanitized provider errors are stored in PostgreSQL so publication work can be recovered and audited.
Billing and retention
AgenticPosts stores the Stripe customer and subscription references, selected plan, subscription status, Checkout attempt, and signed billing-event history needed to provide and reconcile paid access. Full payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by AgenticPosts.
Account, billing, publication, and security records are retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit history. Privacy requests can be sent to info@agenticposts.com.

Service terms
These terms govern the AgenticPosts website, account, workspace, WordPress publishing service, subscription plans, and support channels.
Account access
Use requires a verified email account and an active workspace membership. Users are responsible for protecting their account and authorized WordPress credentials.
Permitted use
The service is intended for content and WordPress sites the workspace is authorized to manage. Attempts to cross workspace boundaries, bypass package limits, or target unauthorized systems are prohibited.
Publication control
Users remain responsible for reviewing content, selecting destinations, scheduling publication, and verifying final WordPress output.
Accounts, billing, and plans
Paid subscriptions purchased directly through AgenticPosts are sold by Cyber Intel Systems and processed by Stripe. Card statements show ARKSOFT.DEV.
Starter is $19, Pro is $49, and Agency is $149, billed monthly in USD. Annual self-service billing is not available. Paid plans renew until canceled through the billing portal or support. Plan limits and feature access follow the selected plan.
Paid checkout is not enabled until independent Stripe resources and activation evidence pass the production gate.

Billing
Return & refund policy
AgenticPosts is a digital subscription service. There are no physical products to return.
Subscriptions and cancellation
You may cancel before the next renewal through the billing portal or support. After cancellation, service remains available through the already paid billing period unless abuse, fraud, or a security risk requires suspension.
Refund requests
For subscriptions sold directly by Cyber Intel Systems and processed by Stripe, eligibility is based on paid-capacity usage during the current billing period when the request is processed.
If the workspace has used no more than one WordPress site during the current billing period, AgenticPosts will refund the current billing period's subscription charge in full and cancel future renewals. If the workspace has used two or more WordPress sites, the current billing period's charge is not refundable, but future renewals will still be canceled.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
